This class combines strength and conditioning into one powerhouse workout. We’ll focus on building muscle size, strength, and endurance to help you get stronger, fitter, and more resilient—whatever your fitness goals may be.

Strength

This class is all about building full-body strength, from the inside out. Strength training has the biggest impact on your physique, helping you take control of your weight and improve your ability to crush everyday activities with ease.

Conditioning

This class will get your heart pumping, muscles burning, and lungs working overtime. Push your body to keep going when it’s uncomfortable, and earn that rest when you’ve given it your all.

DEKA FIT AFFILIATE

With our 10 DEKA Zones, we’re  providing a well rounded functional test for all levels of fitness. Every zone is based on rudimentary movements that don’t require any specific training or education to complete. Think thousands of years ago when it wasn’t called exercise, fitness, or training. It was survival. Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, kneeling, jumping/stepping/climbing over something, getting down on the ground and standing back up, and three basic forms of transportation – row, ski, & cycle.
